Challenge
The Colorado Chamber of Commerce was preparing for its flagship Coolest Things Made in Colorado awards luncheon. The event featured Governor Jared Polis as keynote speaker, alongside business leaders, sponsors, and finalists from across the state. With just 45 days of planning time, the Chamber needed a trusted partner who could quickly step in, manage all details, and deliver a flawless program for a high-profile audience.
Strategy
Adelska partnered with the Chamber to immediately clarify the vision and identify outstanding needs. By auditing what was already in progress and filling in gaps, we built a streamlined plan that emphasized precision, professionalism, and polish. Our strategy focused on creating a program that would reflect the Chamber’s reputation while ensuring every stakeholder — from the Governor’s office to event sponsors — felt prioritized.

Execution
-
Coordinated directly with vendors and managed all production details
-
Oversaw logistics from start to finish, including sponsor activations and seating arrangements
-
Directed the run of show with attention to timing, flow, and high-profile moments
-
Served as the single point of coordination for the Chamber, ensuring nothing was overlooked
Results
The luncheon was executed seamlessly and received excellent feedback from attendees, sponsors, and Chamber leadership. Its success reinforced the Chamber’s ability to host high-caliber events and led to Adelska’s continued engagement as their fractional event partner for all major programs the following year, including the Annual Luncheon, Women’s Forum, and Congressional Event.
